| TITLE | SIC-POVM conjecture and condition for existence of conditional SIC-POVM |
| ABSTRACT | I examine the symmetric informationally complete POVMs and its generalization. We discuss SIC-POVM conjecture which is equivalent to Zauner's conjecture and the Weyl-Heisenberg group related to Zauner's strong conjecture. We introduce conditional SIC-POVM and discuss necessary conditions for the existence of conditional SIC-POVM. |
