TITLE | Gevrey Regularity for Some Fluid Equations |
ABSTRACT | In this talk, we establish Gevrey regularity of solutions to several fluid equations. First of all, we show analyticity of solutions to the Navier-Stokes equations (incompressible, inhomogeneous incompressible, compressible) via modified-Gevrey regularity approach. We then take some models derived from the equations of water-waves. We first deal with Kakutani-Matsuuchi model and explain how to derive decay rates of solutions by establishing Gevrey regularity of order $s<1$. We next prove singularity formation of Green-Naghdi model after showing analyticity of solutions. We finally discuss how to prove ill-posedness of Ambose-?Bona-Nicholls model. |
