TITLE Derived factorization categories of gauged Landau-Ginzburg models
ABSTRACT Derived factorization categories are simultaneous generalizations of categories of matrix factorizations and derived categories of coherent sheaves on schemes. On the first part of this talk, I will give an introduction of matrix factorization, which is introduced and applied to representation theory of Cohen-Macaulay modules over hypersurface singularities by D. Eisenbud. On the second part, I will introduce derived factorization categories, and explain some results about equivalences of derived factorization categories arising from derived equivalences of smooth varieties. On the last part, I will explain Kn?rrer periodicity, which is a certain equivalence of derived factorization categories
